Uhmmm.... I just don't understand.

If I was a little boy this might be a good idea. It's just kinda sad that this is what a nation reverts to so they feel more secure.

Yes, I too must scratch my head at that one. Erecting a shrine of Rocky? Is that like a giant good luck charm? It does sound ubersketch to me too!
